Zoft Copilot · Plain language to operation

Describe the outcome. Copilot builds the operation.

Turn one plain-language brief into the workflows, multi-agent crews, browser actions, voice agents, chat agents, handoffs, and evals needed to complete the work. Review every part, change anything, and stay in control of what goes live.

From intent to system

One brief. A complete, editable operation.

Copilot removes the blank canvas without hiding the architecture it creates.

  1. 01

Turn the brief into a plan

  2. 02

    Generate the required products

  3. 03

    Connect tools and handoffs

  4. 04

    Test before the operation runs

How it works

Start in plain language. Stay in control.

Copilot accelerates system design; review, permissions, evals, and release discipline still determine what receives live responsibility.

  1. 01

    Describe the outcome

State what should happen, what information the work may use, which systems matter, and where a person must remain responsible.

  2. 02

    Review the proposed system

Copilot turns the brief into visible agents, workflows, tools, permissions, handoffs, and evals. Change the plan before anything goes live.

  3. 03

    Run, inspect, and refine

Test realistic cases, inspect the path and evidence from each run, then improve the operation in plain language or directly on the canvas.

What Copilot builds

The right products for the outcome—not another opaque prompt.

Use every generated component independently, connect it to the rest of the system, or replace it with something you build directly.

Visible by design

Nothing Copilot creates becomes a black box.

The plan, products, permissions, handoffs, tests, and completed runs remain available for review.

Edit the generated system

Change instructions in plain language or work directly in the underlying product canvases.

Approve sensitive work

Place people before protected actions, customer-facing outputs, or downstream release.

Test expected and edge cases

Generate evals for facts, policy, tools, handoffs, format, and the completed outcome.

Inspect every run

Keep the chosen path, actions, evidence, exceptions, and final result in one operational record.

Start from an outcome

One way to build across very different work.

The platform is horizontal. The strongest first operation is still bounded, repeatable, and easy to verify.

Customer operations

Build an after-hours intake operation

Create the voice or chat entry point, qualification workflow, booking action, system update, and escalation path from one operating brief.

Internal operations

Move a request across tools

Connect an incoming request to research, policy checks, approval, a browser or API action, and one reviewable run record.

Knowledge work

Compose a specialist crew

Turn a recurring deliverable into planner, research, drafting, review, and downstream workflow responsibilities.

Compare AI builders

Decide how much of the generated system you need to inspect.

Questions before rollout

Copilot FAQ

Copilot changes how the system is created, not the need for explicit scope, review, and operating boundaries.

Does Copilot replace the visual builders?

No. Copilot creates and updates the same visible products you can build yourself. Generated workflows, crews, agents, tools, and controls remain available for direct review and editing.

Can I use one Zoft product without Copilot?

Yes. Workflow Automation, Multi-Agent Workflow, Browser Agents, Voice Agent, and Chat Agent can each be designed and operated independently. Copilot is an additional way to create and connect them.

Can Copilot connect several products in one operation?

Yes. A brief can produce a system that combines products, tools, shared context, handoffs, human approval, and evals around one outcome.

What happens before a generated system goes live?

You review the proposed components, access, actions, handoffs, and tests. The release process should prove the expected paths and stop conditions before the operation receives live responsibility.

Can the generated system change after launch?

Yes. Use run records and eval results to refine it in plain language or edit the underlying products directly. Changes should pass the relevant quality gates before release.
